Property repairs: since its creation in 1983, Multiasistencia has grown from attending individual subscribers’ repairs needs to servicing over 100 European insurance companies, financial institutions, retailers, utilities and other corporate clients. These companies offer access to Multiasistencia’s repairs management services to their millions of end customers, as a set of cost-saving, differentiating and loyalty-building initiatives. Multiasistencia’s property repairs management services fall into two categories: the provision of a managed repairs network for household insurers and the management of buildings repairs & improvements in the open market.
Insurance process management: Multiasistencia has also developed a number of complementary process management activities aimed at the health & life insurance sectors: personal injury claims management, personal risk selection, tele-underwriting & disability claims management. Future developments will include complementary services for life & personal accident insurance.
In 2006, Multiasistencia managed 703,000 service requests in Spain, Great Britain, France and Portugal, representing a total turnover of in excess of €160 million. Multiasistencia Group currently has some 782 direct employees and provides steady work flows for its Europe-wide networks of over 6,000 integrated service partners.
