Our Company

Multiasistencia attends its European customers from control centres staffed by about 350 customer service representatives.

The largest of these control centres, located in the group’s headquarters in the outskirts of Madrid, acts as coordinator of specific management processes, and essentially engages in the:

  • reception of job requests
  • technical coordination of complex tasks
  • deployment of jobs to the appropriate affiliated service providers in parts of Multiasistencia’s European networks
  • monitoring of jobs in process
  • and execution of quality assurance tasks.
