OWNERSHIP
 
The Multiasistencia Group is a closely-held company which belongs to a small number of private individuals and management, led by the Group’s founder and Chairman. SMABTP (Société Mutuelle d’Assurance du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics), France’s leading insurer of construction and public works, owns 34% of Multiasistencia Group’s French subsidiary as a strategic investment in its home market.
 
At group level, Multiasistencia has financed its domestic and international growth through the generation of internal funds.
