Paul Hayman - Operations Director
Paul joined Multiassistance in June 2002. Coming from NHBC, he has a wealth of technical construction expertise as well as project and operational management experience.

Denise Faulkner – Head of Finance & Administration Denise joined Multiassistance in August 2007, after having gained a broad experience in management, organisational skills, finance and administration. She previously held financial and banking roles for Primary Designs Limited, Collagen UK and American Express Bank.

Philippe Kerno - Chairman (& International MD)
Philippe joined Multiassistance in 1995. Responsible for setting up and providing ongoing support for all subsidiary business outside Spain. He is also Chairman of the French and Portuguese operations.

Javier Bartolome - Director (& Group CEO)
Javier joined Multiassistance in 2000. He is responsible for the performance of the whole group. He joined the Board of the UK business in November 2004.
