Multiassistance’s repairs services are carried out by a nationwide network of vetted trade professionals.

There are currently approximately 60 companies in partnership with Multiassistance in the United Kingdom.

Multiassistance has introduced a dedicated network extranet system, with individual network partners receiving work automatically and informing Multiassistance in real-time about the status of their work in all critical phases of the execution of repairs assigned to them.

In terms of selection, each partner company in the network is carefully pre-screened and monitored by Multiassistance’s field-based network managers in order to ensure that only the most experienced, best-suited professionals join. In addition, all network members must be properly insured, must belong to the relevant trade bodies and must comply with pre-agreed service level agreements.
