We manage insurance repairs and home improvements for more than 25,000 customers each year. All jobs are coordinated by our international control centre.

Typically, repairs range from £250 to £3,000, but can be of a much higher value.

We provide a regular flow of work within limits that we agree with you. We have exceptional payment terms --to help with the cash flow in your business-- and we have the technology to reduce the bureaucracy in your business.

We will expect you to provide an exceptional service to our customers.

There are minimum requirements, as you must:

• Have PLI and ELI of £5m
• Be compliant with all legislation
• Be CIS registered
• Have a computerised office with a minimum of broadband connection and internet explorer
• Guarantee repairs for 12 months to five years
